Guided Tour

Sustainability is emerging as a guiding paradigm to create a new kind of built environment: one that meets the needs of humans in the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Despite this simple definition, however, there are many different perspectives on what exactly sustainability means for buildings. We'd like to introduce you to the concept via a slide show. The slide show discusses what sustainability is, what it means for the built environment, and what it means in reference to how humans interact with buildings.
